Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue.
What to include in your email
To help us investigate faster, include:
- Your ScrollRace username, if you have one.
- The email address linked to your account, if relevant.
- Your device model, for example iPhone 13, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone SE.
- Your iOS version, if known.
- A short description of the problem.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if useful.
- The approximate date and time the issue happened.
Do not send your password. We will never ask for your password by email.
Common issues
Account confirmation
If you do not receive an account confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If the issue continues, contact support.
Password reset
If the password reset link does not work, request a new reset email from the app. Password reset links may expire after a short period for security reasons.
Leaderboard or ranking issues
Leaderboards may update with a delay. Race results may also be reviewed or filtered if they appear suspicious, impossible, automated, or inconsistent with ScrollRace's fairness systems.
Race result not appearing
A race result may not appear if your device was offline, if the result did not sync, if the result was not your best weekly result, or if it was flagged by race validation.
Device calibration
ScrollRace may use device model and screen characteristics to estimate scroll distance. Results can vary across devices, operating systems, and display settings.
Account deletion
You can delete your ScrollRace account from inside the app where account deletion is available.

Safety and fair play
ScrollRace is designed as a fair competitive scrolling game. Automated input, scripts, manipulated results, abusive behavior, offensive usernames, or attempts to exploit the leaderboard system may lead to race removal, ranking changes, or account restrictions.
