Delete Account
This page explains how to delete your ScrollRace account and what happens to your account data.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your ScrollRace account is directly inside the ScrollRace app.
- Open the ScrollRace app.
- Go to your Profile screen.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
After confirmation, your account deletion request will be processed by the app.
What gets deleted
When you delete your ScrollRace account, we aim to delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your user account, including:
- Your account profile.
- Your email address associated with the account.
- Your username.
- Your country setting, if you added one.
- Your race history linked to your account.
- Your personal records and leaderboard entries linked to your account.
- Your friend or invite-related account data, where applicable.
- Account-linked app data stored in our backend.
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
For example, we may temporarily retain limited technical records, anti-cheat records, security logs, deletion records, or backup copies where needed to protect ScrollRace, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
Retained information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot log in or cannot access the delete account button, contact us by email.

To help us find your account, include:
- The email address linked to your ScrollRace account.
- Your ScrollRace username, if you remember it.
- A clear request to delete your account.
Do not send your password. We will never ask for your password by email.
Processing time
In-app account deletion is intended to process as soon as technically possible. Email-based deletion requests may take additional time because we may need to verify the account and confirm the request.
If we need additional information to verify ownership of the account, we may ask you to provide reasonable information before completing the deletion.
After deletion
After your account is deleted, you may lose access to:
- Your profile.
- Your username.
- Your saved race records.
- Your leaderboard rankings.
- Your account-based app history.
- Friend, invite, or account-linked features.
Account deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible.
